Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• Recent (within 2 years) management or leadership experience.
• Experience with physician revenue cycle and referrals/authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Referrals Department.
• Oversee centralized referrals and medication prior authorizations.
• Partner with clinic teams to streamline front-end processes affecting referrals, authorizations, billing and reimbursement.
• Drive customer satisfaction, resolve escalations, and set long-range direction for the department.
