As the Clinic Operations Supervisor the Referrals team at Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Referrals Department - overseeing centralized referrals and medication prior authorizations to ensure patients get the care they need without unnecessary delays. You'll partner with clinic teams to streamline front-end processes that impact referrals, authorizations, billing, and reimbursement, while driving customer satisfaction, resolving escalations, and setting the long-range direction for a department that sits at the intersection of patient access and revenue integrity.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Recent (within 2 years) management or leadership experience.
  • Experience with physician revenue cycle and referrals/authorization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree Administration, Management or any related field from an accredited institution Or related years of experience.
  • 2 years Experience in Revenue Cycle.
  • 2 years Managing referrals, and authorizations.
  • Experience working in physician billing, referrals to revenue cycle.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
