The role supports daily clinic operations, coordinates activities, resolves issues, and proposes process improvements in line with Medical Group performance goals.

The incumbent may act as clinic lead when the supervisor is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to three years experience in a relevant healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinic operations.
• Resolve operational problems and suggest process improvements.
• Provide backup as clinic lead in supervisor's absence.
