The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring an Clinic Operations Manager for our Phoenix, AZ clinic. This on-site role oversees daily operations, manages scheduling, and supports staff to ensure high-quality care for children with autism and their families.

We’re seeking an organized, collaborative professional with ABA or behavioral health experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health.
• 3+ years experience with scheduling, front office, or clinic operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience supporting or leading teams.
• On-site work in a clinic environment.
• Self-motivated and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and front office needs.
• Oversee client and staff scheduling to ensure quality service delivery.
• Support staff and help new team members onboard successfully.
• Partner with Clinic Director to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with community outreach and relationship-building.
