The Treetop ABA Therapy in Wilmington, NC is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and team support. This on-site role partners with the Clinic Director to maintain a welcoming environment for families and to strengthen community connections.

Ideal candidates bring ABA or behavioral health experience, strong organizational and leadership abilities, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset to support children and families we serve.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health.
• 3+ years experience with scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience supporting or leading teams.
• On-site clinic environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and front office needs.
• Oversee client and staff scheduling to ensure quality service delivery.
• Support staff and help onboard new team members.
• Partner with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Assist with community outreach and relationship-building.
