MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) provides advanced health care services through its rural health network. This leadership role supervises patient care areas, ensures nursing practice standards are followed, and coordinates between support services and clinical operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years related experience; or an Associate's degree with 1 year; or a Bachelor's with 6 months to 1 year.
• Experience in a medical capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of clinical and clerical employees, including staffing schedules.
• Facilitates care delivery system development and operation.
• Develops and sets goals at the process, job, and interface level to ensure optimal patient care and meet organizational goals.
