In2Great Pediatric Therapy is seeking an Operations Personnel to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment. You will support clinicians and staff by ensuring supplies are stocked, equipment is in good condition, and daily tasks are completed to keep operations running smoothly.

This full-time, on-site role requires attention to safety, organization, and reliable performance across all rooms and common areas.

Competenze

• Maintains cleanliness and tidiness throughout the clinic.
• Supports clinicians by being available when needed.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are stocked and functional.

Mansioni

• Upkeep of each room to ensure it is organized.
• Vacuuming and general cleaning tasks.
• Organize toys and games and return items to storage.
• Check for safety hazards in all areas.
• Refer to daily task lists and checklists per room.
• Sanitize clinic play structures and surfaces.
• Notify admin when items are running low (Mon/Wed).
• Handle packages and deliveries and deliver to the appropriate person.
