The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 2 years in related field) and experience with regulatory standards, budgeting, and cost optimization; bilingual abilities preferred; in-person work with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years of experience in a directly related healthcare field, actively pursuing Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with TJC, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing and monitoring budgets and resource allocations.
• Experience in monitoring financial performance and identifying and recommending strategies to reduce costs and improve the quality of care/service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher required by AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a clinic's ambulatory patient care services by supervising daily operations.
• Ensure staff provide high-quality, accessible, cost-effective, patient-focused services.
• Implement and supervise clinical practice standards, budgets, and staff development.
• Coordinate integration of services with nursing standards and organizational goals.
