Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corporation is seeking an RN Supervisor to manage day-to-day clinic operations and nursing staff in Pico Rivera, CA. The role includes overseeing patient care, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance and cost containment, in collaboration with the Site Medical Director and leadership team.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, has at least one year of leadership experience, and a California RN license.

Qualifications

• BSN required with a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• Master’s in health services, administration, or management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of patient care experience in outpatient/inpatient settings; supervision preferred.
• California RN license required; BLS or higher certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day back‑office operations and nursing staff in the clinic.
• Implement and evaluate quality medical management and cost containment initiatives.
• Collaborate with Site Medical Director and leadership to meet clinical objectives and patient satisfaction targets.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff and ensure compliance with clinical standards and budgets.
