Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science discipline; preferably independently licensed to practice in Arkansas.
• Two to five years of clinical experience with expertise in clinical area. Demonstrated leadership abilities and good communication skills.
• Certification in specialty desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clinical oversight of the development and maintenance of high quality treatment services.
• Assisting in the development and operationalization of the Interdisciplinary Team concept.
• Assist in community relations and referral activities.
• Assist with strategic planning and development.
• Assist with fiscal responsibility.
• Monitor services performance improvement, quality, outcomes, and satisfaction.
• May maintain a caseload in conjunction with clinical leadership responsibilities.
