Job summary

You will drive center profitability, patient satisfaction, staff development, scheduling, billing, compliance with HIPAA, and performance metrics, while building strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similarly regulated environment.
• Experience with ECW is strongly preferred.
• Proven mentorship and team-development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 10+ colleagues.
• Manage scheduling, registration, billing, documentation, and patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards across the center.
• Oversee resource management and staffing to meet growth targets.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with healthcare partners and the community.
