Job summary

Forsyth County Public Health is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to support daily operations of Public Health and Clinical Services. You will coordinate medical supply orders, monitor inventory, and liaise with staff, patients, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

Responsibilities include preparing agendas, meeting minutes, managing correspondence, and assisting the Assistant Health Director of Clinical Services.

Qualifications

• Graduation from High School, GED or Associate's Degree and at least two years of Office/Clerical work experience.
• Experience coordinating meetings and documenting minutes.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Maintain and track clinic supply inventory and orders.
• Assist with scheduling and logistics for the Health Director.
• Provide administrative support across Clinical Services and departments.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site events and meetings.
• Provide receptionist backup coverage and manage correspondence.
