Job Duties Summary: Supports daily functions of a busy dental/healthcare clinic, including patient communication, appointment scheduling, financial processing, equipment maintenance, infection control, and administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree + 5 years’ experience or a high school diploma + 9 years’ experience in a dental clinic setting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in EagleSoft or similar dental software, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and infection control procedures is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Registered Dental Assistant + 3 years of clinical office experience, preferably in a dental setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing front desk operations, appointment scheduling, payment collection, equipment maintenance, infection control, inventory management, and administrative support.
