Central Support Operations Coordinator I - National Remote

This position offers the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. and involves supporting health care transitions for patients through naviHealth, a part of UnitedHealth Group. The role includes managing communication, data entry, coordinating care, and maintaining documentation to ensure seamless patient care. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with paid training provided and flexible work hours within specified shifts.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  2. Processing communication via faxes, emails, and electronic methods.
  3. Entering and verifying member data in the care management platform.
  4. Completing administrative documentation related to member care.
  5. Coordinating with healthcare providers and health plans.
  6. Handling member inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
  7. Monitoring team duties through reports.
  8. Participating in meetings and adhering to policies.
  9. Promoting a positive work environment and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and call center environments.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older and able to work full-time during specified hours.

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA laws is preferred.
  • Dedicated work area and high-speed internet are required for telecommuting.
