HealthSource® - America's Chiropractor in Woodbridge, VA is seeking an energetic administrative support specialist to join our fast-paced clinic. You will handle insurance verifications, financial worksheets, patient reviews, and support marketing campaigns while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or more is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required.

Responsibilities

• Insurance verifications.
• Create financial worksheets.
• Deliver financial reviews with patients.
• Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor’s treatment plan.
• Scan incoming insurance EOBs.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Weekly patient reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines.
• Work with the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free.
• Manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab and Front Desk.
