Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care support in a fast-paced medical practice.
• Deliver preventive care and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate specialty referrals and perform telephone triage.
• Educate patients and ensure continuity of care through accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Clinic has laboratory services; cross-trained to support rooming and phone responsibilities, with primary support to Dr. Chase Moran.
