Responsibilities

• Insurance verifications.
• Create financial worksheets.
• Deliver financial reviews with patients.
• Make product recommendations based on the treatment plan.
• Scan incoming insurance EOBs.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Weekly patient reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines.
• Manage patient flow to ensure an efficient experience.
• Maintain patient accounts and collect patient charges.
• Other Administrative tasks.
