Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinic leadership to set goals and ensure staff have tools to achieve them.
• Oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Record patient vitals, assist with exams, and document in medical records.
• Administer medications, start IVs, and communicate lab results to patients.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and timecards; conduct staff performance appraisals.
