Baptist Health Heber Springs Campus Clinic is hiring an LPN to support physicians with procedures and minor surgeries. The role includes patient prep, medication administration, and patient education in a fast-paced clinic setting.

The LPN will maintain equipment, liaise with hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies, and other providers, and ensure proper documentation for all patient interactions.

Formación

• Current LPN license in good standing (AR or multi-state including AR).
• Diploma or degree from an accredited nursing program.
• ACLS and BLS may be required depending on clinic.

Department: Heber Springs Campus Clinic. Shift: Day. Working Hours: 8-5.

Summary

The Clinic LPN is responsible for patient preparation and assisting the physician with medical procedures and minor surgeries. In addition this role will perform various diagnostic tests, administer medications, and provide patient education in the clinic. The LPN maintains equipment and acts as a liaison between the physician and external agencies such as hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMO's, other physician's offices, and patients. The nurse supports other medical staff members to maintain efficient patient flow and ensures accurate and complete documentation.

Other Information

• Current LPN license in good standing (either AR license or multi-state license to include AR)
• Degree from an accredited institution.
• ACLS and BLS may be required, depending/based on the clinic

This job will be authorized 0.01 hours bi-weekly.
