Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking an LPN for clinic support, assisting physicians, administering medications, and performing diagnostic tests to ensure efficient patient flow. The role also involves patient education and maintaining equipment, with liaison duties to hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies, HMOs, and other offices.

This position requires current LPN licensure in good standing (AR or multi-state including AR) and an accredited degree; ACLS/BLS may be required depending on the clinic.

• Current LPN license in good standing (AR or multi-state license to include AR).
• Degree from an accredited institution.
• ACLS and BLS may be required, depending/based on the clinic.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients and assist the physician with medical procedures and minor surgeries.
• Perform various diagnostic tests.
• Administer medications.
• Provide patient education in the clinic.
• Maintain equipment and act as liaison between physician and external agencies such as hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, other physician's offices, and patients.
• Support other medical staff members to maintain efficient patient flow and ensure accurate and complete documentation.

The Clinic LPN is responsible for patient preparation and assisting the physician with medical procedures and minor surgeries. In addition this role will perform various diagnostic tests, administer medications, and provide patient education in the clinic. The LPN maintains equipment and acts as a liaison between the physician and external agencies such as hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMO's, other physician's offices, and patients. The nurse supports other medical staff members to maintain efficient patient flow and ensures accurate and complete documentation.

• Degree from an accredited institution.
• ACLS and BLS may be required, depending/based on the clinic

This job will be authorized0.01 hours bi-weekly.
