Job summary

Baptist Health in Heber Springs is seeking an LPN to support physicians with procedures and minor surgeries in the clinic. The LPN will liaise with external agencies, help ensure smooth patient flow, and maintain precise documentation across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing (AR or multi-state including AR).
• Degree from an accredited institution.
• ACLS and BLS may be required, depending on the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and assist the physician with medical procedures and minor surgeries.
• Perform diagnostic tests, administer medications, and provide patient education in the clinic.
• Maintain equipment and act as a liaison between the physician and external agencies (hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, other physician's offices, patients).
• Support other medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow and ensure accurate, complete documentation.
