Job summary

Praxis Health is seeking a Medical Assistant/EMT for our Redmond Urgent Care facility in Redmond, OR. You will support providers, room patients, perform EKGs, update EMRs, assist with minor procedures, and help with follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assisting diploma or EMT certification preferred.
• 1 year of experience as MA or CNA.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients quickly and efficiently.
• Perform EKGs and vital signs.
• Update medical records.
• Assist with minor procedures and injections.
• Support patients through discharge and follow-ups.
• Manage medical supplies and keep the workspace clean.
