Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our physical therapy clinic across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. You will evaluate, plan, and administer treatment programs to help patients recover and achieve goals.

You’ll establish timely treatment plans, manage clinic budgets, and foster strong connections with patients and staff. Leadership opportunities and clinical mentorship are available within a supportive, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• State licensure required.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient and empower them to exceed functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Meet and exceed the clinic budget through referrals, visits, and appropriate billing.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, clinicians, and team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
