Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering evidence-based physical therapy. You will assess patient needs, plan individualized care, and drive clinic performance through referrals and efficient billing practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State licensure required.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
