PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Union, NJ is hiring a Clinic Manager to lead evidence-based care across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. You will evaluate, plan, and administer treatment programs while managing clinic performance and budget through referrals, visits, and proper billing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
