Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Manager to lead evidence-based care across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. You will evaluate, plan, and administer treatment programs to help patients recover, while managing budget, referrals, and team dynamics.

This role offers a base salary of $100,000–$115,000 per year, plus monthly incentives and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in select locations, along with PTO and EIB accrual and leadership development

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
