Impact Physical Therapy—North Scottsdale is seeking a Clinic Manager (Physical Therapist) to lead a patient‑centered clinic with a 60‑minute care model and a small PT team. You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain your own caseload, and drive productivity and patient satisfaction.
The role requires a DPT, Arizona PT license in good standing, and demonstrated managerial experience. Expect competitive salary, sign-on and quarterly bonuses, plus extensive PTO and CEU support.
Clinic Manager (Physical Therapist)
Location: North Scottsdale, AZ
Salary: $92,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
Sign-on bonus: $5,000
Quarterly bonus: Personal and team productivity bonus, up to $6,000/year in bonus potential at a full team of 5 PTs*
Time Off: 4 weeks paid time off (PTO, holidays & sick time) *PTO increases with tenure
CEU stipend: $2,000 first year, $1,500 each year after
Schedule: Monday–Friday, shifts between 7am–6pm
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week
At Impact Physical Therapy, you'll lead a clinic built on true 1:1, 60-minute sessions and 8 to 10 patients a day, guiding a team of up to 5 PTs (including student clinicians) who have the time to focus on quality care and work together toward shared clinic goals. No overbooked schedules, no rushing your team through visits.
We operate on a hybrid cash-pay model, treating a mix of cash-pay, Medicare, Worker's Comp, and auto injury patients.
