Impact Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Ortho & Sports division in Peoria, AZ. You’ll provide 60-minute 1:1 sessions, treating 8–10 patients daily in a cash-pay model to build real patient relationships.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Arizona PT license in good standing or in process.
• Strong communicator who enjoys building patient relationships.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and coachable with an outpatient mindset.
• Manual therapy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient ortho and sports patients with individualized, unhurried care.
• Build genuine relationships with patients and coach them through meaningful progress.
• Create and progress plans of care to help patients return to activities they love.
• Use manual therapy and exercise-based treatments (dry needling/cupping a plus).
• Document efficiently using streamlined systems and collaborate with the team on outcomes.
