Job summary

Impact Physical Therapy LLC in Arizona is hiring a Physical Therapist for Ortho & Sports. You will provide 1:1, 60-minute outpatient care for ortho and sports patients, building strong patient relationships and guiding progress toward functional goals.

The role offers a 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, with shifts from 7am to 6pm, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and quarterly bonuses up to $2,000. A PTO of 4 weeks and CEU stipend are included.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Arizona PT license in good standing (or in process).
• Strong communicator who enjoys building patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat outpatient ortho and sport patients with individualized, unhurried care.
• Build genuine relationships with patients and coach them through meaningful progress.
• Create and progress plans of care that get people back to what they love.
• Use manual therapy and exercise-based treatment (dry needling/cupping a plus).
• Document efficiently using streamlined systems.
• Collaborate with your team on patient outcomes and clinic goals.
