Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations and deliver evidence-based care to a diverse patient population including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

You will manage treatment planning, budgeting through referrals and visits, and foster strong team and community relationships, with opportunities for leadership development and bonuses under our Elevated Earnings Program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
