Job summary

Adena Health System is seeking a Clinic Manager for the Chillicothe location. The role focuses on overseeing clinical and administrative functions within a busy interventional cardiology and cardiothoracic vascular service line, ensuring efficient operations and patient-centered care.

The Clinic Manager II leads multi-disciplinary teams, manages budgets, and drives quality, safety, and service excellence while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor's in Nursing required.
• Any Major/Area of Concentration.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field, RN.
• De-escalation training within 6 months.
• 2–4 years of practice management experience with progressive responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and administrative functions of budgets, patient registration, billing, and clinical information systems.
• Manage staff and clinic marketing and planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and financial performance.
• Collaborate with Director and leaders; patient contact and confidentiality.
