Smile Doctors seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee clinic operations with support from the Doctor, driving growth, profitability and patient experience. The role requires people leadership, cost control and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You will manage schedules, mentor staff, and coordinate with local marketing to reinforce brand reputation. A strong background in clinic settings and a focus on outcomes are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinic experience within Smile Doctors or affiliated practice clinic.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations with support from the Doctor, including people management, driving growth, profitability and patient experience.
• Achieve profit and loss goals; participate in local marketing to improve brand reputation.
• Monitor P&L statements to achieve monthly goals and manage controllable costs.
• Serve as liaison between Doctor and team on assignments, priorities and performance.
• Handle patient escalations and ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and State Dental Board regulations.
