Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to promote efficient patient flow and timely service delivery.
  • Support scheduling, registration, and front office processes to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Supervise, train, and support administrative staff as needed.
  • Partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical teams to coordinate workflows and resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor clinic productivity, workflow, and staffing needs and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with patient concerns, service recovery, and communication to maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Help maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
  • Support supply management, equipment coordination, and vendor communication when needed.
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks related to clinic performance.
  • Contribute to a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
