Kingman Regional Medical Center in northwest Arizona is hiring a Clinic Manager for the Family Practice Resident Clinic. The role oversees daily clinic operations, staffing, budgets, and performance improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and care quality.

Formación

• Two years management/supervisory experience
• Two years of medical office or healthcare experience
• Certification: BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Licensure: Current and valid U.S. driver’s license

• Coordinate day-to-day staffing and clinic needs
• Support development and execution of strategic business plans
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure patient satisfaction, safety, quality, and efficiency

• Collaborate with leaders to optimize care integration and patient experience
• Standardize operational practices across clinics to improve efficiency
