Job summary

ATA Medical Pte Ltd in the United States (Nebraska) seeks a Clinic Operations Leader to oversee end-to-end clinic performance, including registration, nursing, diagnostics and reporting. The role ensures smooth patient flow and service continuity, and takes accountability for daily clinic outcomes.

You will lead operations and nursing staff, plan manpower, monitor KPIs, and drive standardised processes to uphold high patient care standards and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end clinic operations including registration, nursing, diagnostics, and reporting
• Ensure smooth patient flow, service continuity, and overall operational efficiency
• Take full accountability for daily clinic performance and outcomes
• Lead and manage all clinic staff including operations and nursing teams
• Plan manpower deployment, rostering, and workload distribution
• Oversee staff performance, development, and disciplinary standards
• Ensure consistently high standards of patient care and service delivery
• Manage patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery cases
• Drive continuous improvement in patient experience and service excellence
• Oversee planning and execution of corporate screening programmes (onsite and in-clinic)
• Ensure readiness of manpower, equipment, and operational logistics
• Coordinate with sales and corporate teams for smooth delivery
• Monitor clinic KPIs including waiting time, throughput, and productivity
• Lead implementation of workflow improvements and operational enhancements
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and standardised processes
• Oversee clinic inventory, consumables, and equipment management
• Manage vendor relationships for procurement and maintenance
• Ensure cost efficiency and minimise operational wastage
• Ensure full compliance with MOH regulations, PDPA, and internal policies
• Maintain audit readiness and complete documentation standards
• Enforce infection control, safety, and clinical governance standards
• Monitor clinic financial performance including revenue and operating costs
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource optimisation
• Ensure accurate administrative reporting and documentation
• Oversee extraction and compilation of screening data from systems
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Validate operational reporting for management and corporate stakeholders
