Job summary

North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL, is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of the assigned department and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives. You will lead staff, manage scheduling, payroll, and development, and drive high-quality care across the facilities.

In this role, you will develop departmental goals, handle staff relations, and perform recruitment and other duties as assigned, with a focus on supporting a diverse workforce and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Experience managing department operations and staff relations.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, recruitment and staff development.

How You'll Contribute

The Clinic Manager manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Additional responsibilities include:

• Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
• Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
• Other duties as assigned.
