Massage Envy Ardmore is seeking a motivated Clinic Manager to lead a caring team and drive the clinic’s performance. You will oversee daily operations, manage staffing and scheduling, and coach front desk staff, massage therapists, and estheticians. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations: staffing, scheduling, sales, deposits, inventory, payroll information, and compliance
• Lead, coach, train, and support front desk staff, massage therapists, and estheticians
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop new employees
• Create accurate schedules based on staffing needs and business demand
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, labor hours, overtime, and coverage
• Drive membership, packaging, retail, retention, and booking results
• Review business reports, set goals, and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate employee files, training records, reports, and operational documentation
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment
• Communicate staffing concerns and operational challenges to regional leadership
• Support local marketing, community outreach, and referral partnerships

Job Type & Schedule

• Full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week
• The Clinic Manager must maintain a consistent leadership presence in the clinic
• Flexible availability is required based on business needs
• Schedule may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• The Clinic Manager works alongside the front desk team and is actively involved in daily clinic operations. This is not a traditional office-based management position.
