Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Phoenix location. The role focuses on driving sales, building and developing a skilled team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will supportAdministrative tasks and help manage daily operations alongside the General Manager. Ideal candidates have retail sales, staff training, and ideally spa management experience, with strong back-office skills.

Qualifications

• Experienced in sales and customer service in a retail setting.
• Experienced in training staff.
• Experienced in spa management (Highly Preferred).
• Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred).
• Strong administrative/back office skills (Required).
