Job summary

Massage Envy Ardmore is seeking a licensed esthetician who is passionate about customized skincare, client education, and building lasting client relationships. You will provide professional, individualized skincare services, complete consultations, and recommend home-care routines while following approved protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support retail sales by recommending products based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate service notes and client records.

Responsibilities

• Complete thorough consultations and skin analyses
• Set clear expectations and communicate throughout each treatment
• Follow approved protocols while appropriately customizing services
• Use professional products from leading brands, including Jan Marini Skin Research and PCA SKIN
• Recommend follow-up visits, enhancements, and home-care routines
• Support retail sales by recommending products based on client needs
• Participate in lobby and client‑engagement time between appointments by introducing yourself to clients, discussing skincare services, supporting clinic promotions, and helping build your clientele
• Maintain accurate service notes and client records
• Keep the treatment room clean, organized, and fully prepared
• Follow all sanitation, safety, licensing, and professional standards
• Work closely with the front desk and leadership team to provide a positive client experience
