Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the outpatient clinic team in Maple Grove, MN. The role supports providers, administers therapies, and helps manage patient flow in a fast-paced setting.

This 1.0 FTE, 8-hour day shift offers a $2,000 starting bonus for eligible external talent, no weekend requirements, and opportunities to collaborate closely with care teams while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program.
• Two years clinic LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Administers therapies including medications and schedules follow-up visits.
• Rooms patients and manages patient flow.
• Records information in the medical record.
• Coordinates communication of medical information with patients.
• Assists physician with procedures and prepares medications.
• Maintains exam rooms and sterilizes instruments.
• Responds promptly to patient needs.

Education
