Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted LPN license to practice in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and ensure equipment is available.
• Provide telephone and in-person triage under RN supervision.
• Schedule tests, specimens, and assist with exams.
• Administer immunizations per protocol.
• Assist with vaccine management and storage.
