Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA is seeking a part-time LPN or Medical Assistant to join our Clinic Nursing Department. This 32-hour-per-week float role serves LeMars, Remsen, Marcus and Urgent Care clinics, with occasional weekend or evening shifts.

Under direct physician supervision you will obtain vitals, document measurements, perform phlebotomy and routine lab tasks, and contribute to compassionate, high-quality patient care. Iowa LPN licensing or MA certification and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN or certified Medical Assistant in Iowa.
• BLS certification required as an employee.
• Mandatory Reporter training certification required as an employee.
• 32 hours per week with one fixed day off; occasional weekend/evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Under physician supervision, assist patient care and record vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy and basic lab functions as part of clinic duties.
• Document measurements and patient information accurately in charts.
