Lutheran Health Physicians seeks an LPN to deliver essential nursing care in our clinic setting under supervision. You will administer medications, assist with procedures, perform basic diagnostics, and document in the electronic medical record while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

The role emphasizes patient education, collaboration with providers, and infection control in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Competency in EMR and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• LPN or LVN state licensure required.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed practitioners or RNs.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Perform diagnostic testing (EKGs, basic labs) and document results.
• Maintain clean, safe clinic environment and proper waste disposal.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and providers.
