Job summary

Lutheran Health Physicians is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for clinic duties. Under supervision of licensed practitioners, you will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, perform basic diagnostics, and document in the EMR.

This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• LPN/LVN state licensure required.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient intake, documenting symptoms, medical history, meds and vital signs.
• Administers medications and assists with medical/surgical procedures.
• Conducts diagnostic testing and ensures proper sample collection.
• Maintains EMR records with accurate documentation.
• Educates patients on treatment plans and preventive care.
