CORA Physical Therapy is looking for a Clinic Manager to launch a new outpatient clinic in the Richmond area. You will lead operations, hire and develop a high-performing team, and build lasting community relationships while delivering exceptional patient care.

In this startup-style setting, you’ll shape clinic culture, implement processes, and partner with regional leadership to drive growth and outcomes. This is a visible, impact-driven role.

Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited PT program degree.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Impact local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment.
• Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care for a diverse patient population.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes using software.
• Document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
• Pursue professional growth through affiliations, workshops, conferences, and community events.
• Manage the daily operations of the clinic.
• Financial, administrative + personnel management.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
