• 1-4 years in healthcare operations or clinic administration.
• Strong organizational and cross-team coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with licensing and credentialing focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider credentialing and enrollment for clinicians.
• Support clinic licensing, registrations, and regulatory filings.
• Assist in launch readiness and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Document workflows and maintain SOPs for clinic operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across multiple teams.
