Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Medical Technology and MT certification.
• Supervisory experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of CLIA, TJC, COLA, OSHA and EPA guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience developing and enforcing testing policies and quality systems.
• Regulatory compliance and records management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinic lab operations as Director, overseeing staff and accountability.
• Ensure CLIA compliance and maintain quality testing across sites.
• Develop, monitor and revise testing policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and oversee reporting and budgeting.
• Communicate effectively with management and laboratory personnel.
• Oversee equipment procurement, vendor negotiations and supplies.
• Ensure safe laboratory environment and regulatory adherence.
