The role requires 2+ years in service desk work, strong English communication, and a customer-focused mindset. A valid driver's license and reliable car are required, with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service desk or related experience.
• General knowledge of multiple operating systems (Microsoft, Chrome, Mac).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
• Flexible, positive attitude and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Level 1-2 support with tickets and field issues.
• Route/escalate help desk tickets using service desk software to document the process.
• Troubleshoot IT issues remotely or onsite (desktops, printers, network/Wi-Fi).
• Ensure uptime for computers and peripherals.
• Work with vendors to service medical equipment and network infrastructure.
• Assist with new hire orientations and hardware deployment.
• Visit clinics regularly; valid driver's license and reliable car required.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and participate in IT strategy.
• Support network infrastructure expansion and general duties as assigned.
