VIP Medical Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee landlord-led buildouts of new outpatient medical clinics across multiple markets. You will act as the tenant-side liaison with landlords, architects and contractors to ensure designs, budgets, and timelines meet clinical requirements and opening readiness.

You will coordinate plans, budgets, bids, and change orders while monitoring milestones and mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction project management experience (commercial or healthcare preferred).
• Experience managing tenant improvement (TI) or medical office buildouts strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with permitting, construction processes, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, medical office, or multi-site retail development.
• Background working with landlords and third-party contractors.

Responsabilités

• Review plans, budgets, bids, invoices, and change orders for alignment with clinic requirements.
• Monitor project milestones and flag risks or delays for escalation.
• Participate in contractor meetings and virtual site walks to verify progress and quality.
• Coordinate handoff from construction completion to clinic launch teams.
• Support project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover readiness.

About the Role:
