PALMER SMILES PC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for clients at our clinic. You will greet customers, book appointments, answer calls, and collect payment information while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A professional, patient demeanor and a team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms.
